June 2026 — Subscriptions & API Add-on
Introduced a dedicated API & Webhooks add-on for Core subscribers. Improved the plans page with monthly/annual billing toggle, seat pricing, and a full upgrade flow for users whose free trial has ended.
May 2026 — AI Battery Change Predictions
The dashboard now uses AI to analyse your battery change history and predict when each monitoring point will next need a battery change — sorted by urgency (overdue, due soon, upcoming, OK).
May 2026 — Calibration Email Alerts
Daily email alerts are now sent automatically when instruments are approaching or past their calibration due date.

Managers can now download a PDF of the week's scheduled site visits, formatted as a printable work plan for field teams.

How does the 14-day free trial work?
You get full Core Plan access for 14 days — no credit card required. Import your data, test the QR scanning, AI reports, and team features. Your subscription only starts if you choose to continue after the trial.
What counts as a "user"?
A user is anyone who needs to log in and actively use the system (engineers, technicians, project managers, office staff). Client/viewer accounts are completely free and unlimited.
How do additional users work?
You get the first 5 users included in the £59 base price. Each extra user costs £8/month (or £76.80/year). You can add or remove them anytime — billing is prorated automatically.
Can I switch from monthly to annual billing?
Yes, you can switch to annual at any time and immediately get the 20% discount. Stripe will handle the proration.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel anytime. You’ll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. No long-term contracts.
What is included in Enterprise / Custom Quote?
Enterprise is for larger teams or companies that need unlimited users, custom API integrations, SSO, priority support, or tailored feature development. We’ll create a custom package based on your exact needs.
How does Tailored Feature Development work?
If you need a specific feature (e.g. special reporting, or workflow change), we can build it for you. Pricing is quoted per project and usually includes ongoing support.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted, stored securely on Neon Postgres, and backed up regularly. We take data security very seriously, especially for sensitive construction and geotechnical projects.
Do you offer discounts for bigger teams?
Yes. Teams with 20+ users or multi-year contracts can get better rates. Just contact us for a custom quote.
