Every monitoring point has a story.
TracePoint makes sure it's never lost.
The missing link between site teams and monitoring platforms.
TracePoint brings every part of your behind-the-scenes monitoring workflow into one place — site visit planning, installation records, maintenance logging, and AI-generated reports.
What is Tracepoint, and What makes it different?
Tracepoint is purpose-built for the site teams who actually manage monitoring points and field instrumentation.
It’s the practical, everyday platform that sits between raw fieldwork and client reporting. Helping site engineers and technicians run installations, maintenance, readings, and daily monitoring work more efficiently and professionally.
No fancy client facing graphing tools. Just a straightforward system that keeps everything in the background organised: capturing the right information on site, creating a complete audit trail, preventing site information from getting lost or messy, and making sure the office (and other reporting platforms via API) always have the accurate, well-documented context they need.
Simple for the field. Powerful for operations.

Site engineers will be able to create sites, monitoring points and site events all while on site giving realtime updates of what is happening on the ground
Monitoring work is complex. Your Digital tools shouldn’t be.
Monitoring teams juggle a huge amount of information — point IDs, sensors, dataloggers, coordinates, calibration cycles, site notes, and the engineers doing the work on the ground. Most teams manage all of it through a messy mix of emails, PDFs, and spreadsheets. That's exactly where details get lost and mistakes happen. That's why we created Tracepoint.
Everyone sees the same information — instantly.
Serial numbers, event history, site photos, notes, and logged actions all flow to one place, updated in real time.
Everyone knows what’s been done — and what hasn’t.
The lifecycle timeline shows every reading, every battery change, every sensor swap, every visit.
Everyone knows what needs attention next.
With flagged points, calibration alerts, and battery warnings - the system highlights issues before they become problems.

FAQs
Collapsible content
Is TracePoint easy for site engineers to use?
Yes — it was built by a monitoring engineer for monitoring engineers. Simple, clean and fast to log updates
What devices can use TracePoint

Can I backup my data?
Yes, we suggest users back up their accounts at least once a week via an export function in app - If data is then lost your export can be imported back into the app and your data will be restored.
Does it work offline?
TracePoint requires an internet connection to log new events, add sites, and update monitoring points currently. But that doesn't mean you're stuck without signal on site.
Before heading out, download a PDF of any monitoring point or site directly from its profile — serial numbers, installation history, calibration status, site notes, everything you'd need on site is there in one document. When you're back in signal, log your updates as normal.
For most site visits, this covers everything you need.
